This was a Council District Operator's vehicle that carried wooden ladders on the passenger side which wasn't a problem because it was used by only one driver/worker at a time. The location of the shot is unavailable but may be near Rhodes in Sydney where the driver of the vehicle lived at the time. The vehicle had a small search light mounted on the drivers door and was in radio contact with head office.
