Nicholas Lander, a small air terminal supervisor with the 735th Supply Chain Operations Group at Joint Base Langley-Eustis , makes notes as he inspects a Joint Task Force Civil Support vehicle at Langley Air Force Base Nov. 2, 2016. Once it passes inspection the vehicle will then be loaded on to a Boeing C-17 Globemaster III for a deployment readiness exercise. If practice makes perfect, then JTF-CS is ready to be called up with the right force, right response, and right expertise.
