Air Force Airmen assigned to the 31st Fighter Wing run during a Police Week 15-hour memorial ruck march at Aviano Air Base, Italy, May 16, 2022. Various participants rucked, walked or ran to honor 15 fallen Defenders for 15 hours. The ruck started May 15 at 5 and ended May 16 at 8 Police Week recognizes the service and sacrifice of law enforcement members, paying special tribute to those who have lost their lives in the line of duty for the safety and protection of others.
