From this document we learn that there were tobe two ex-officio trustees, four representative trustees, one co-opted, and one nominated trustee solong as the benefices of Llany. is and Maesmynis remain united. The scheme gives the trustees powerto appoint a clerk at a salary of not more tiian £2 2s. Od. a year ; and to defraj all costs ofadministration out of the funds.
