NEW YORK - Soldiers from the New York Army National Guard prepare holiday meals at Manhattan's Jacob Javits Center for shipment and delivery to city distribution sites. The meals will be distributed to those communities most severely impacted by the landfall of Hurricane Sandy Oct. 29.
