Lochailort, which has permission for the development at the old site of Coopers BMW in Napier Road, has announced it has signed a development partnership with M & G Real Estate and Watkin Jones PLC to carry out the project. Permission for the development was given in November last year and it features a 22 storey landmark tower, which will become the tallest residential building in Reading, Berkshire. The scheme will also be the town's first build to rent development and people leasing the flats will have on-site facilities including a 24-hour concierge, private dining rooms, lounges, a tech hub, private cinema and a number of rooftop terraces.
