Coast Guard members from Coast Guard Cutter Marlin rescue an 89-year-old man from a car that went into the St. Andrews Marina in Panama City, Florida, December 30, 2017. Coast Guard members aboard Coast Guard Cutter Marlin observed a car go into the water at approximately 12:45 and launched a boat crew from the  cutter to assist the man.
