WESTERN PACIFIC (Feb. 11, 2019) - Electrician's Mate 3rd Class William Nguyen, from Houston, replaces the batteries of a battle lantern aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Wasp (LHD 1). Wasp, flagship of the Wasp Amphibious Ready Group, is operating in the Indo-Pacific region to enhance interoperability with partners and serve as a ready-response force for any type of contingency.
