RED SEA (Nov. 30, 2016) Seaman Trina Pring, left, from Oxnard, Calif., and Seaman Samuel Cantu, from McAllen, Texas, operate a vertical mill in the machinery repair room aboard the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69) (Ike). Pring and Cantu serve aboard Ike as machinery repairmen. Ike and its carrier strike group are deployed in support of Operation Inherent Resolve, maritime security operations and theater security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the 5th Fleet area of operations.
