An old building which waserected in by-gone days, and for-merly used during two or threeseasons for a lumber camp, stands in the clearing near thecentre of the east eighty. It was called the KenneyCamp from its builder, the boss of the crew who did thecutting of the pine timber which grew here,— one CharlesKenney. It was built, I think, during the fall of 1871.
