An Ostrogothic belt buckle 5th/6th century. Large belt buckle made from bronze with green patina. The buckle shaped like stylised eagles´ heads with almandine cabochons and inlays. Rectangular belt plate with fine, gilt graphical decoration and set with red glass cabochons. Length 10 cm.
