A blue cheviot dress has the frontbreadth of the overskirt buttoned down themiddle with large ball-shaped crochetedbuttons, and there are twenty horizontalrows of double braid laid along each sideof this overskirt. The neckis cut square, and is fin-ished with a collar of surahsilk. The cuffs are madeof surah silk and are fin-ished with pleatings ofcashmere.
