Study of Two Ragged Robin Flowers (Lychnis flos-cuculi).

This bright pink flower is known as Ragged Robin or Crow Flower. The Latin name for this herbaceous perennial is Lychnis flos-cuculi. Once common in hedgerows and wet meadows it has declined due to drainage of its habitat. It flowers from May to August and is often visited by butterflies and long-tongued bees.
