The Park Department advises us that in the coldest weather of last winter, the palm house wing, which is farthest from the boiler, was heated to 65 degrees throughout the night, with but a pound of steam showing on the boilers. The architects were Haven and Hoyt, who have been retained on many of Boston's important works.
