Goonhilly Satellite Earth Station, Cornwall, UK. Goonhilly was at one time the largest satellite Earth receiving station in the world with sixty communications dishes in total, some twenty-five of which are in use. The first one was built in 1962. The largest dishes are named after characters from the legends of King Arthur. Photographed in November 2003.
