HENRY In the entire Chrysanthemum family there is no grander white variety, no matter when it blooms • it is of the most popular style—immense incurving, broad channeled petals of great substance and the purest white—can be used a few days earlier, but it is a sin to cut it until the center petals have begun to develop; from a flat incurved form it gradually changes into a Serfect ball of snow; foliage as handsome as that of Mrs. erome Jones; a variety of the easiest management. We do not think it possesses a single fault. Winner of twenty-six first prizes. MADAME DE MONTEFOSE—A beautiful, yet odd variety. Very difSicult to describe. The flowers are large, splashed wine and pink; a very striking variety, MRS. M. M. JOHNSON—This is another beautiful variety. It won the prizes at Chicago and Cincinnati before the judges on October 20, thus making it a very early variety. The fiowers are very broad and well built up in the center, of the richest deep golden-yellow. This will be a prize-taker where- ever shown. Winner of eleven first prizes. MARION HENDERSON—IsTew early variety. No engraving •can show the rich, buttery-yellow color of the flowers, which is superb. It is full of petals and lasts a long time; in fact, although very early, it can yet be made late, because it re- mains perfect on the i^lant for a long length of time. MARGUERITE GRAHAM—A fine white variety, superb in style and btiild, and also in habit. Fine for cut nowers. MAJOR BONNAFFON—Soft, clear, incurving yellow, full in the center and deep; in perfect form and finish, like Ivory at its best; habi
