Prolapse of the vaginal wall in an 81 year old female patient who had four children in the past. This is a prolapse of both the anterior vaginal wall (cystocele) and posterior vaginal wall (rectocele), allowing the bladder to fall into the vagina. This weakening of the vaginal wall may be from earlier straining during childbirth.
