For the purpose of completing the Organisation the enlisted men of Co A and B will be concentrated at St. Louis, those of Co C. at Cape Girardeau and those of Cos D and E at Little Rock Capt. Capt. Charles Schaerf will take charge of those men of Cos D and E now at St. Louis one elsewhere and proceed with them to Little Rock, Ark. and report to Brig Gen ?l Davidson. The regimental commander will furnish a muster roll with pay and Clothing amount of each company as now consolidated to the company commanders.
