Thisis described as a meeting of the congregation, and suchas would belong to Pine Street Church. Either thenumber attending this meeting was surprisingly small,or only a part of those present took an active part,for when a vote was taken it was found that there wereonly forty-six ballots, thirty-eight for, and eight againstcalling a minister.
