DENVERS AMALGAMATION. THE executive committees of the Denver TramwaysCompany and the Metropolitan system haveresolved upon a consolidation of interests. Theculmination will come August 6, but the preliminaries arealready arranged. The bonded indebtedness of theTramways is $2,600,000 and an additional issue of$500,000 will bring the total liabilities up to $3,100, makes a capitalization at $4,000,000 Tramway has been asked to sell to the City Cable.
