Brian Mutty, commanding officer, Surface Warfare Schools Command (SWSC), passes through sideboys at the end of the SWSC change of command ceremony at Naval Station (NAVSTA) Newport, March 18. SWSC prepares sea bound Sailors to serve on surface combatants as officers, enlisted engineers, and enlisted navigation professionals to fulfill the Navy’s mission to maintain global maritime superiority.
