The small settlement of Harvey Vale (population 750) and the sheltered anchorage of Tyrrel Bay are located at the southern end of Carriacou. A number of mobile shops and stands selling fresh fruit and everyday needs are to be seen along the main road linking the bay-side settlement to the rest of Carriacou.
