They will not be ableto see into it in that position, and itstop edge will appear straight, notcurved, to them. When objects havebeen arranged in this way for thewhole class, the lesson may proceedafter the manner suggested in FormII, Junior OBJECTS TX IXK MASS—BY FORM II PUPILS 130 ART or show accents. The attention should be confined to getting the pro]:ortions andshape correct. The pencil should be held lightly under the hand far from thepoint, to ensure a light gray line, which may he strengthened gradually as thecorrect shape is found. Ko erasing should ])e ]iermitted. Further instructions aregiven in Form III, Junior Grade, and. if the Form II teacher has any doubt con-cerning the ability of his class to see and express form in mass, it would be better toleave all drawing in outline for the Form III, Junior Grade, and higher classes.
