PACIFIC OCEAN (Sept. 27, 2017) Boatswain’s Mate 2nd Class Albert Kelsey, assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Chafee (DDG 90), signals the dry cargo and ammunition ship USNS Wally Schirra (T-AKE-8) during a replenishment-at-sea. Chafee is part of the 3rd Fleet and Naval Surface Forces, which are deployed to the 7th Fleet area of operations on a routine scheduled deployment.
