St Clement’s Church

The church of St Clement’s is on Bridge Street. It is a vicarage which belonged originally to the Nuns of St Rhadegund and passed from them to Jesus College who became the Patrons. The greater part of the present church is quite modern. The steeple was built in 1782 from a benefaction by the Reverend William Cole.
