It is a well-wooded grove with numerousflower beds and plenty of rustic furniture for the con-venience of the patrons. Illumination has received carefulattention, there being installed over 600 16-cp lamps whichare strung between the trees at intervals of 12 ft. in themanner illustrated. The entrance to the park is equippedwith a large illuminated sign giving the name of the parkin addition to the flaming keystone. The park is particularly attractive to picnic partiesthrough the installation of a public kitchen and tables toaccommodate over 350 people at one time.
