Adam R. Hock, machinist apprentice, Rock Island Arsenal – Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center, will graduate the Machinist Apprenticeship Program in August, despite personal setbacks during the four years of almost 7,500 hours of on-the-job training, in addition to two years of schooling.
