E. The Out-patient Department {Dispensary). — The first de-partment of the Consumptives Hospital to be opened was theOut-Patient Department, the first clinic day being September 11,1907. At present a clinic is held four mornings each week, Satur-day morning being reserved for children. An evening clinic willsoon be opened.
