Air Force Lt. Gen. Russell Handy arrives at a 525th Fighter Squadron hangar after his final flight as Alaskan Command, Alaskan North American Aerospace Defense Region and 11th Air Force commander, at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Aug. 10, 2016.
