Abingdon, England - 13 April 2021; No people in shot. Abbey Fields is a public park adjacent to the River Thames in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. It takes its name from the medieval abbey - long gone - that used to be here. Here we see the sun peeking through trees in the park, just adjacent to Abbey Stream, and also the strange needle that's a local meeting point and landmark for joggers, walkers and dog walkers.
