SEATTLE (Aug. 2, 2018) Operations Specialist 3rd Class Rachel Westcoat, assigned to Coast Guard cutter John Midgett (WMEC 726) moves items from storage at the Pacific Science Center during a community relations event as part of Seattle Seafair Fleet Week. Seafair Fleet Week is an annual celebration of the sea services wherein Sailors, Marines and Coast Guard members from visiting Navy and Coast Guard ships and ships from Canada make the city a port of call.
