Ford (CVN 78), is frocked to the rank of petty officer third class by Chief Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Equipment) Brian Moore and Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Equipment) 1st Class Jeremy Stoecklein during a frocking ceremony at Huntington Hall.
