CAMP HUMPHREYS, Republic of Korea - Col. Michael F. Tremblay, the commander of United States Army Garrison Humphreys, signs a proclamation announcing that April would be recognized as Child Abuse Prevention Month here, April 6. The USAG Humphreys command team and members of the Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation's Army Community Service Family Advocacy Program pledge to help educate the community about the assets available to them and ensure that the community has ample access to such resources.
