The tail tapers to a point, the feathers being of unequal length : the feathers of the belly, the upper part and points of the wings, are white ; the neck, breaft, the fore part of the wrings, the thighs, and the tail, of an afh-colour, with this difference, however, that the tail is more li^ht above : the beak and the le°;s are black.
