One of theillustrations used in his article showingan eccentric strap jig which was re-cently constructed by me, and whichhas been found to be well adapted forthe work, did not give so clear a viewof the contrivance as might be wished,and I am hopeful you may find roomin your valuable magazine for somedrawings which will show more clearlythe exact character of the device. It will be noted in the enclosed draw-ings that the purpose of the jig is toliold the eccentric while being it required nine separate set-tings of the
