The cost of this operation shows in the over-all costs of hatchery production and must be evaluated not against the cost of production of the hatchery itself but as a part of the over-all program in Montana. All necessary maintenance was carried on at the Arlee Hatchery which included an installation of a new water supply line, and land- scaping of the hatchery grounds.
