Proclamation "To my people", 17 March 1813, (1936). 'Aufruf "An Mein Volk", 17 Marz 1813'. The proclamation was issued by King Friedrich Wilhelm III of Prussia (1770-1840) in Breslau (present-day Wroclaw, Poland). He called on 'Prussians and Germans' to support the struggle against Napoleon. Hostilities had been declared the day before.
