OUR SUPERIOR BARN No. 262 IN THIS design we show a moderate size barn for city or suburban use where a few horses and one or two cows arekept. The appearance of the barn is everything that can be demanded in a barn of this class. The constructionis substantial and economical, yet not cheap enough to detract from its general appearance or usefulness. It isof the balloon type of construction with 2 by 6 for studding and drop siding for the exterior. When properly builtthis is really a handsome barn. The floor is of cement as well as driveway leading to it, and the barn should be placed upon a concrete foundationas shown in our Blue Print Plans. The size of this barn is 23 ft. 6 in. wide by 40 ft. in length and 12 ft. 6 in. to the top of the plate. Stable is 9 height with a hay mow above. The capacity of the hay mow is ample for a barn of this size, believeit meets the requirements of the class for which it is intended. +q _ r G7?A/Nmi>M //-0\ /3-b y N
