With its 1200 meters of height, it provides an impressive landscape and nature experience. In addition to the main hiking route, there are also worthwhile detours to viewpoints and sights around Lake Baldeney. Section of the trail to the castle ruins Neu-Isenburg. Count Dietrich von Altena Isenberg built around 1240 high above the Ruhr, the castle Neu-Isenburg.
