Letters were received from the localassociations in Kingston, Cobourg, PortHope, Simcoe, London, Windsor, Sarniaand a number of other places stating theirinability of having representatives present,but expressing their wishes for the organiza-tion of a strong Provincial Association. The proceedings opened at Pythian Hallabout 11 oclock on Friday, March 28,with Mr. Wm. Mansell in the chair, andMr. H. A.
