It is situated in the southern face ofthe Helwet el Hawa. a rocky liill to the south-vvest of the Assassîf, andconsists of two small chambers roughiy hewn in the hiil side. The doorwayto it is simpiy a square hole without any attempt at architectural décoration ;the walls of the chambers are not even symmetrical, and the outer chamberis separated from the inner one l)y two pillars and a low «ail hewn out ofthe rock. The sculptures and paintings cover the end \\all of the tomb, theouter face of the architrave, the outer face of the right-liand piilar and theright-hand side of the outer chamber. In style the sculptures somewhatresemble ihose of the tombs of about the same period at AswÃ
