Chaplain (Maj.) Erik Spicer, 181st Multi-Functional Training Brigade chaplain, provides a closing prayer during the Fort McCoy observance of the 2018 Martin Luther King Jr. holiday Jan. 11, 2018, at Fort McCoy, Wis.
