Hundreds of burger lovers descend on the new Steak 'n Shake Signature restaurant in New York on its grand opening day, Thursday, January 12, 2012. The popular midwest chain opened its first New York outpost with a new concept for the restaurant, a smaller footprint and counter-only service, hence their "Signature" branding.
