OCEAN (March 31, 2019) Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Fuels) 3rd Class Brian Parker, from San Diego, logs fuel transfers in a JP-5 pump room aboard the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69). Ike is underway conducting sea trials during the final portion of a Planned Incremental Availability (PIA) as part of the maintenance phase of the Optimized Fleet Response Plan (OFRP).
