Frozen-thawed sperm extracts absorbed with whole eggs formed two precipitin bands with anti-sperm sera (Fig. lOb). These two bands correspond to bands "a" and "b" obtained with whole sperm extracts (Table II). DISCUSSION Soluble sperm antigens have been studied in a variety of species by means of immunodiffusion techniques. The Lhnnlits sperm has at least seven 10a.
