The residential scheme provides living quarters for 100 doctors and 130 medical and dental students, arranged as four and five bedroom units in a series of independent pavilions ‘working with the existing landscape to create an informal arrangement with high quality amenity space’. The four-storey, timber frame blocks are clad in brick at ground floor with the upper storeys faced in locally sourced timber.
