They have no fear in meeting the Con-necticut Colony, as they know the members are in sympathy withthem. Congress decides, the first l)low has been struck, and waris inevitable. George Washington is elected to be Commander-in-Chief of the Army. The first military and political duty of England, now that war isinevitable, will be to try and separate the New England from theNew York Colonies.
