I It will be constructed with all the resisting qualities, back-ing, and framing which the turrets of the battleship Indianawill have when installed. The framework, when completed,will weigh 63 tons. Around this structure will lie placed the18 in. armor plates of the Indianas turrets. One of theseplates, however, will be the one which was fired on at Indian.
