At the con-vention which was held at Greenwood, in November, our President, Miss ElizabethDuBose, and Miss Mary Howard were our representatives. Our Chapter was inspiredand greatly benefited by the reports which our delegates brought back to us concerningthe work of our sister Chapters in the State. Each year two public meetings of the Chapterare held. We had our first public meeting in December. At this meeting we were fortu-nate in having for the speaker of the evening, Mr. Ball, one of the editors of The lecture afforded us much
