Retrulator. him to start up the plant from the hydraulic valve con-trol, above mentioned, and bring the machinery up tothe right speed without going near the small isolated power plant of the above de-scription possesses many advantages over gasolineengines and other forms of prime movers, because ofthe simplicity of the water-wheel mechanism and thebenefits derived from having a constant water pressureavailable at the dwelling for fire protection and theinstallation of fountains about the grounds of thedwelling.
